For clients who run on Mac, if you haven't installed or have Remote Desktop Client (RDP), please check this YouTube tutorial video below:

Please make sure you are running the latest RDP for mac by Microsoft. You can download it using this link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id715768417?mt=12.
