10- My dedicated server was terminated, can I still get it back? Print

  • 4

Once a dedicated server has been terminated, it will normally take 24 hours to go through our queue for recycling and then restocked to be delivered to another client. If it is within this 24-hour period, please open a support ticket so we can see if it is still possible to reinstate it. However, we are unable to guarantee that it will still be available once it has been termed.
